Traction railmotor car with crane-manipulator  ТМк is destined for:

  • use as a traction unit for hauling a trailer load (cargo platforms, special purpose platforms empty or loaded with the rail strings) to a working place;
  • transportation of the tools and the mechanisms;
  • execution of loading-unloading works;
  • transportation of the working teams;
  • execution of shunting works.


The railmotor car is a self-propelled two-axle vehicle. A cab is located on the front stand of a frame, in the middle part under the frame – power plant. A crane-manipulator is installed on the rear stand.
