The machine is destined for execution the works of deep cutoff and cleaning a ballast of the tracks having 1520 mm track with wooden or ferro-concrete sleepers and the rails P50 and P75 type, both when processing the turnouts without their dismantling and the main and station tracks.
The machine is also able to make full ballast cutoff without cleaning and its removal into a special rolling stock. The machine works in a track connection with hauling module ПТМ-630 or ТЭУ-630.
Main executive device of the machine is continuous scraper (bar) chain cutting road metal ballast directly from under a rail-sleeper grate. Cutoff width is adjusted with the bars-inserts.
The features of the machine consist in that it is equipped with:
- improved punch of the cribs;
- measuring hopper for uniform spread of a clean road metal on profile of a ballast section;
- universal board computer system for control of the machine in automatic mode and registration of a track position after its passing;
- rotating corbels with electric hoists for mechanization of loading of an under-track bar and a chain.
