Motor-rail car is self-propelled two-axles vehicle. A bearingcab with a crane is mounted on the front bracket. Power plantand a mounting platform – on the tail bracket. Load-lifting telescopic crane executes mounting and dismantling the mastsof contact system, loading and unloading various cargo.   Administrative motor-rail car АСЭ-1 is destined for on-the-fly transportation of the workers and an administrative staff on the railways.
