Machine for fixing and lubrication of terminal block and embedded bolts

Machine ПМГ is destined for: unscrewing and screwing the nuts of terminal block and embedded bolts of the rail braces in automatic mode in a process of current track maintenance at a working speed 0,7 km/h, disbracing and fixing the terminal block bolts at discharge of the temperature stresses when laying and changing the continuous welded rail strings.

Destination

The machine is intended for:
• unscrewing, lubrication and screwing the nuts of terminal block and embedded bolts in a process of current track maintenance;
• disbracing and fixing the terminal block bolts at discharge of the temperature stresses when laying and changing the continuous welded rail strings.

The machine substitutes  more than 160 manual labor workers.
